RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your return policy?
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.

We offer free 14-day returns for all customers in the US.
*Please note that a return shipping fee of $38 is charged for returns shipped from the US. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
*The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
*Returns are processed within 10-15 working days after we receive the returned item. Once our team has inspected the product, we will issue the refund. Once refunded, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer, please contact your financial institution for assistance.

To qualify for a return:
1. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
2. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, pouch, card and gift included)
3. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
4. The IGI certification must return, if the item has it.
