Yes! To ensure your Gemmy Jammy purchases are delivered to you safely, we require a signature on all shipments.

Is my order insured in transit?

Your package is fully insured while in transit! If you are having an issue with the delivery of your package, please refer to order tracking or contact us.

Can I choose a specific ship date for my order?

We apologize, but customers do not have the option to choose a ship date.

When your order is available in stock ,the shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose and your local customs clearance. Usually it takes only 3-7 workdays.

When your order is out of stock , but you want to receive it urgently, then you can contact us to pay extra priority fee, so we can arrange your order in the first place.

What should I do if my package seems to be lost?

If your package is marked as delivered and you're unable to locate it, or the tracking information has not updated in several days, please contact us for assistance. Please make sure to check with neighbors or your building security/lobby, as couriers may deliver to an incorrect address.

The shipper (which is Gemmy Jammy!) will need to open the investigation. Please note, FedEx investigations can take up to 14 business days to close. Since we are shipping fine jewelry and diamonds, Gemmy Jammy is unable to offer a refund or replacement until the package is deemed lost. We understand how important your purchases are -- our team will provide you with updates as we receive them!

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

We're unable to ship to a P.O. Box. We offer FedEx shipping on every US order.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

1) US Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax paid.

2) For other international shipments (except for the United States), all customs duties, taxes, and other fees must be paid by customers in accordance with local customs policies.

Can you ship my order to a FedEx Pick-Up Location??

You can certainly ship your order to a FedEx pick-up location! You can choose the most convenient location directly on their site by searching your postal code. Be sure to toggle the "Hold/Pick Up" option on the list to filter for qualifying locations. You can then enter that address directly on our site at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking that you can follow. You'll be notified by FedEx via email or phone when your package is ready for pick-up. You'll need a government-issued photo ID for pick up and FedEx will only release the package to the recipient.

Your Gemmy Jammy piece of jewelry with a 1ct or larger solitaire diamond will arrive to you with IGI certificate.

Can I purchase a single Gemmy Jammy earring?

Sorry! Many of our styles are only ordered as a pair of earrings on our site.

Can I purchase multiple GJ designs to compare in person and return the items that don't suit me?

We do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.To confirm the quality of a jewelry item, please contact us and we would be happy to help you make your choice.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

We're able to change the shipping address for the in stock jewelry purchase before the package dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We're able to cancel an in stock jewelry purchase before the package dispatched. Once you receive the order comfirmation, your order cannot be canceled.

Policies and Warranties

Does my purchase include a warranty?

We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase, we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services.

Can I resize my ring?

We will offer resize your ring for free . And you need to ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. Please note that a return shipping fee of $38 is charged for shipping item back to you.

During the resize process small amounts of metal will be added or removed to increase or decrease the size to adjust for the new size needed. As a result, your ring may be slightly thicker or thinner when completed. This is a minor difference, and may or may not be discernible to you. Your resized ring will be inspected by quality assurance to ensure that our high standards are met, and that your ring has been fitted to the size that you need.

*Some rings cannot be resized. This may be due to a size restriction, falling outside of the recommended range, or due to the design style. And also the ring size adjustment has a limited range.

You can certainly choose to have your piece resized, repaired or engraved by a local jeweler, but this will unfortunately void your lifetime warranty with us, since we can't stand by another jeweler's craftsmanship.

Are Gemmy Jammy warranties transferable?

All warranties are only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

We exclusively feature our Gemmy Jammy lab-grown diamonds within our designs and are unable to work with gemstones or privately-sourced diamonds at this time.
